Contracted Services:

Every prospect that wishes to partner with BEBS will be required to sign a contract before becoming a client. The contract may be digitally signed via EchoSign or printed, signed and scanned back via email.  A contract may not be required for one time projects and/or prepaid projects.

A deposit will be required for most if not all services contracted with us. Brandy Ellen’s Business Solutions may work with you on a retainer level basis, and will require no less than 5 hours as a retainer fee.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our business there will be no refunds of monies paid for services provided after a contract has been signed. We will roll over unused retainer hours for a period no longer than three months.

Our Guarantee:

Brandy Ellen’s Business Solutions guarantees you will be satisfied with our excellent customer service, availability to complete your projects in a timely fashion, and the high quality level of work provided.  We also guarantee that if we can not complete a specific task for you we will train to learn the new skill at no extra cost OR refer you to another virtual assistant who may be able to better assist you in your needs.
