Q: Do you offer phone call consultations?

A: Yes,  we may be able to schedule a conference call to discuss your needs further. Most conference calls are held in the evening hours.

Q: What if I want to work with you 100% virtually, do you have means to communicate on a weekly basis or daily should the need arise?

A:Yes, BEBS uses Instant Messengers and Email to keep in contact with clients as needed.

Q: Is my deposit refundable?

A:No, as per our terms of service once a contract is signed there are no refunds due to the nature of our business, however, BEBS will roll over unused hours for a period of no more than 3 months.

Q: How is payment made and what payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept mailed business check, USPS Money Order, and all major credit cards. Credit cards processed using ProPay a secure business merchant account. Mailed payment will delay time in services, as we do not work on a project nor provide services until a deposit has been made.

Q: How long have you been in business?

A: Brandy Tanner has been providing virtual assistant services since January 2009. Brandy Ellen’s Business Solutions was licensed in the State of NH in March 2009.

Q: Do you offer Public Relations type assistance?

A: If you are looking to connect with social media and bloggers as a means to help promote your business, BEBS can assist!  We have a list of bloggers who have expressed an interest in working with companies.
