Unknown Ways to Mend a Broken Relationship

A broken relationship can occur over time. The two of you have worked hard to push forward towards future goals, dreams and lifestyle changes. In time, perhaps your partner and you have grown distant or goals adjusted in a way that you were moving forward apart, rather than together. Broken relationship issues can happen to the best of couples and it can happen to two people who are deeply in love. Today I wanted to share few unknown ways to mend a broken relationship so that you can reconnect, rejuvenate and come back together without stress.

How to Mend a Broken Relationship

Often times when a relationship is broken we have this nervous or negative energy surrounding our bodies. This nervous energy can wreak havoc upon our souls and in turn make it more difficult to mend a broken relationship. Practicing meditation as an individual can help center your soul and allow your mind to ease the nervous energy so that you are in a better position to discuss issues that may have broken your relationship. Encourage your partner to meditate as well, this way you both can sit down calmly and discuss ways in which you will work to mend this broken relationship.

You probably have heard it often, forgiving will release your soul from negativity. Forgiveness is about you not the other person. Regardless of whether your partner was wrong in past scenarios that led to the broken relationship or not, you need to practice forgiveness. Being able to let go of past hurt and bitterness surrounding the reasoning behind the broken relationship will help you to mend this broken relationship without digging up old wounds. Being able to forgive and move forward will free your soul, allowing you to move forward with your partner happily.

There are many crystals that are said to help mend a broken relationship. Amber brings and encourages romantic love, which may be just what you seek to mend this relationship. Emerald is said to enhance love within a marriage and lapis lazuli is said to aide in balancing love. When a relationship is broken the balance is off, two people have been deeply hurt to a point where they must seek outside help to heal. Crystals can help heal your relationship in a way that solidifies the partnership for long term, even after the deepest of wounds have broken your relationship.

Nature Walks

Sometimes getting away from your home and other areas that tend to distract your mind from the broken relationship can help you mend. Consider making a plan to take a nature walk with your partner. Get away from your day to day lives and become one with the sounds around you in the woods on a local nature trail. If you don’t have a nature trail near you, make your own. It’s often fun to venture into the woods with your partner and see what you see. During this walk each of you will feel calm and in turn the relationship will start to heal.

Using these unknown ways to mend a broken relationship may not guarantee true love forever, but it will help you to find peace, balance and bring back a little spirituality into your love life. Try to maintain an open mind, do not use desperate measures such as ultimatums, rather find balance and peace within to work on moving forward together to mend your broken relationship.

  1. I love this post. Whether you’re lovers or just good friends, all relationships go through rocky times. It’s human nature to make mistakes that hurt the ones we love. Forgiveness is the first step to moving forward. That applies even if it’s something that the relationship can’t come back from.
