Amazon Roundups Done Easier with Roundups.io

One of our platforms we created to help save time for virtual assistants and bloggers is Roundups.io. While this may seem like something you don’t need to save time with, it really can be tedious when you create Amazon roundups on a regular basis. You must always use this service while adhering to the TOS of your Amazon Associates account, be certain to catch up on those terms before creating any Amazon product roundup. If you are curious about saving time with Amazon roundup creation then read on to learn just how our platform Roundups.io works.

Roundups.io Search Page

Shown above is the page you see when you click on search from your main dashboard area. As you can see we made it easy for you to name your roundup, enter a keyword, the Amazon Associates affiliate code, found in your Amazon associates account or provided to you by the client and the option to check off no follow links and/or open in a new tab. When you click to have the no follow and/or open in a new tab enabled, the code for both will be automatically added to your roundup list. This saves a lot of time on your end from having to manually insert the code when creating an Amazon roundup.

Search Results in Roundups.io

Once you have inserted all of the details into the search page, you click a search button at the bottom of the page. You will then see a list of search results that pull from Amazon product’s API. Each item has a check box beside it, where you can click the checkbox for any item you wish to include in your current roundup. Feel free to click and add as many as you like to your roundup. It seems 20-30 links are popular with Amazon roundup blog posts. Now that you have the items selected you can click the select items button at the bottom of this page.

Downloading Roundup in Roundups.io

You will have a screen that pops up to confirm where you wish to save the file. I highly recommend saving the file, not opting to open it. This will be a zip file that will save to wherever your downloads normally save on your computer. The zip file includes images, text file and html links file. This means you have plenty of options to provide this data to a client or utilize the roundup on your own blog.

Roundups.io Export Zip File

As you can see in the image above, you will have images, html_links, text_links and other files within the zip file from Roundups.io. You may open each of these files to display the information. You may find the affiliate link looks slightly different than when you create affiliate links on Amazon Associates directly, but it is the proper format when using Amazon’s API services to create affiliate links. Each file can be provided to your client, but we do recommend not using images from Amazon without first consulting your Amazon Associates TOS. This platform is to help save you time and you still need to adhere and be aware of TOS that Amazon has in place. Using images in a collage for this roundup may be against TOS, so do try to create your own collage when selling or listing up these roundups you create using Roundups.io or any other method you use to create Amazon roundups.

Feel free to edit the files, provide them to the client or use them in your own roundup. I heard about Roundups.io in one of my blog groups. I personally am not a fan of product roundup posts. Now craft roundups: I love those!
