For about two months my life basically involved working one day then being down and out for two days. I would curl up in a ball and not be able to move. I am pretty sure that I was experiencing depression on some level. This depression was situational, of course, and it has since passed but it took a toll on my financial status and bills. Now that I find myself out of that depressed state of mind, I feel more alive. I have more focus and I am positive. Yet, it took some hard work to declutter my mind for clarity. While I was in a sad state of mind, clarity felt like something that would just come upon me. I would wake up one day feeling completely clear minded and know my exact path for the next chapter. This is where I was wrong. Clarity is a decision, it is a responsibility. You must make a decision to create your own vision for your own future. This decision to find clarity in your mind and life comes from a place deep within your soul. Switch up your Lifestyle Habits
When our parents would tell us that our bad friends would make us bad people, they weren’t all that wrong. We are who we keep company with. Even if you think that those fuzzy-headed people who can’t focus won’t influence you, they do. Everything we do in our life and every person we engage in our life will have some level of influence on our minds. I am extremely introspective. This means that I spend a lot of hours evaluating my own life decisions, experiences, and outcomes of each. I like to learn more about myself and how I respond to various situations. I believe that everything we go through in life happens for a reason. This belief helps me to remain confident in my decisions, goals and day to day lifestyle. If you truly want to declutter your mind for clarity, then you have to evaluate prior events. Let it All Go
Some people believe that everything happens for a reason, others believe that our path has already been defined for us and others think that we can tweak our destiny by making various changes throughout our life. I personally believe that our thoughts have a major impact on what happens to us in our life. I firmly believe in the Law of Attraction, which clearly educates people on the concept that you get what you put out. Clarity helps you to focus on the right thoughts, and those thoughts will manifest into something similar in your future. Your thoughts can’t immediately manifest anything, but I firmly have seen the powers of the Law of Attraction occur in my life and I finally made the decision to let it all go, and only focus on what I plan to make happen in my future for myself and my children.

While I won’t share my clear results of what direction I must go in with the online world, I will say that these 4 ways to declutter your mind for clarity have helped me regain focus and a mission on where my next chapter shall begin.
