Our family enjoys having breakfast for dinner, well except for the middle kiddo, he still is adamant that breakfast is for breakfast. We are working on converting him! Once we had that on hand and the night was right, meaning I was ready for a somewhat easy dinner idea, we ventured into the arena of having waffles for our breakfast night. For the first time in 36 years of life, I made the perfect waffles.
