Facebook Tips: How to Improve Business Communication

While business communication is important to yourself and the team you work with or for, business communication goes beyond just human interaction in the office. Today I want to share a few Facebook tips on how to improve business communication on this social media platform.

I work for a few people completing what’s called chore threads, one of these chore threads for clients is a Facebook interaction thread. One could say that these Facebook threads are actually one way to improve business communication over your Facebook page.

Here’s what I have been doing and hopefully this helps you learn how to improve business communication which also increases your reach.

Participate in Threads

There are many Facebook groups designated for interaction within each other’s Facebook pages. One thread that I love is a “like”, share or comment one.

This thread is great because you can either leave a direct link to a post you updated on your Facebook page or leave your page as a whole to let others choose what they want to like, comment or share on.

There are other threads you can participate in as well that require a like and share, a “like” and comment or a 3 action thread. The 3 action thread is what I’ve been testing more lately.

3 Action Thread on Facebook

You drop your Facebook page link into a group, where others will drop their page as well. This allows each of you to stop by and leave at least 1 comment and 2 other actions per page.

Usually, this involves 2 likes and 1 comment but sometimes you find a Facebook page that is rather engaging, hint hint, they know how to engage in business communication and you leave more than 1 comment.

I have found that the 3 action thread for Facebook truly helps to improve your business communication and reach on Facebook.

Review Analytics

No two Facebook pages work the same. What the trick to this method of improving business communication as it pertains to Facebook pages is to find out what works for you.

Over the past month, I have learned to alternate threads for myself. This means one night I may do a direct link, one night I may share a link to my full Facebook page and other times I do the 3 action thread.

Whenever a comment is left on my Facebook page, I hop in to engage. No matter how extensive or short the comment is on a Facebook page update, I reply.

When you start to use each of these Facebook tips to improve business communication, you start to reach more people. You watch as engagement rises, people share more of your Facebook page updates and in turn, you start making more money.

Most bloggers and website owners make a living on ad revenue of some sort, when you start implementing each of these Facebook tips I shared today as a means to improve business communication, you will soon find that your business starts to blossom and you enjoy running your website again.

What have you found to work for Facebook when it comes to improving business communication?
