Today I invite you to experience what it’s like to cook in the kitchen with us when we’re simply looking to have some adult fun in the home.
Grease Fire Chili aka Meat Lovers Chili
So this is a ridiculous chili recipe that isn’t for the faint of heart. I mean, seriously, it’s super meaty and super spicy but it sure is fun to dig into a little at a time. Be sure to check the ingredients because we made so much that we were eating this for days! The ingredients list is just as ridiculous as the chili is, but if you enjoy a bit of a kick, then you’ll surely enjoy this Grease Fire Chili aka Meat Lovers Chili too. P.S. I am not a professional recipe creator so some instructions may not be listed properly, use common sense when trying to follow any of my recipes I share online. I do this for FUN. Period. It is at least edible.

Let’s get cookin’ …
First, you’ll need to cook those hot Italian sausages up to temperature and cut them up once they’ve reached proper internal temperature checked with a meat thermometer.
Be sure to cut up the hot Italian Sausage for placement into the chili in the slow cooker, at a later time.
Cut up those onions so that you can get ready to caramelize them for the Grease Fire Chili aka Meat Lovers Chili.
Now that you’re done with the sausage, brown up that ground hamburger for this amazing, deliciousness called Meat Lovers Chili.
Place all of your ingredients thus far into your slow cooker, I personally use this CrockPot for all our amazing recipe creations.
Be sure to cut up those Habanero peppers, and wash your hands thoroughly after touching them. They really are spicy and don’t feel so good if you don’t get the oil of the peppers off your skin.
Be sure to cut up the fresh garlic before placing into the slow cooker for proper distribution of the garlic cloves.
Add in all of the seasonings to ensure your Grease Fire Chili aka Meat Lovers Chili is flavorful.
Be sure to rinse your beans off before placing in the slow cooker.
Mix your ingredients altogether, basically add in anything that I neglected to mention as of this moment. Ha!
Set the slow cooker on low and allow to heat up for 4-6 hours, as most of the meat ingredients have been cooked through before placing into the slow cooker.
Grab a glass of wine to enjoy before whipping up the white rice and garlic bread to go along with your Grease Fire Chili aka Meat Lovers Chili.
Laughter heals the soul, and we laugh often while cooking in the kitchen. We laugh a lot.
