All of these are things you can count as a good thing that has come from your job. Only you can make a list that is true to your life. Focus on the positive and good things you take away from your job on those days you are frustrated or struggling.

  1. When I struggle with my work, I always take a break and restore my mind and body. Reading a good book or going on a hike are two things that really help me get back on track.
