There are many ways you can stay healthy. The biggest tip I have for you is to combine physical and mental health options in your mission to stay healthy.

Today I’ll share the top 10 ways to stay healthy as a means to inspire you to keep your New Year’s resolution to lose weight, get fit, and be healthy.

Drink Plenty of Fluids

Make sure you get your water every day. I have shared a lot of infused water recipes and fruit infuser bottles to help the average person consume their daily need of water.

Eat a Variety of Foods

Get that palate eating more food! There are many recipe bloggers who feature a variety of foods that can help you sneak in some healthier food options regularly.

Encourage Healthy Blood Flow

For someone like me with high blood pressure, it seems nothing is helping. So I must focus on ways to stay healthy while encouraging healthy blood flow. That’s why I’ve been on the search for the best compression socks as part of my mission to stay healthy.

Wear Safety Devices

Drink Alcohol in Moderation

It’s important that you consider dental hygiene as part of your mission to stay healthy. Make sure you brush your teeth at least two times a day and include flossing as part of your daily mission to stay healthy.

Use Light Therapy

Spend Time with Friends

I work from home so I’m home more often than not and it sucks not having a social life. While I’ve become more of an introvert these days, I do find that my mental health improves when I spend time with supportive, friendly family members and friends.

Reduce Salt and Sugar

This is a mission I am starting to stay healthy in 2020 and forward. Reducing my salt and sugar consumption. I saw that my mom dropped a lot of weight and felt healthier simply by removing/reducing sugar intake. Both salt and sugar can negatively impact your health.
